Good Properties is a real estate investment company that needed a website that served multiple purposes.  One, they needed a professional web presence for visitors to learn more about their services. Two, it needed to be a lead generation site, providing details about selling their home to investors and a form to collect submissions.  Three, a real estate listing showcase, to provide homebuyers information about their current listings available for sale and rent.

The site offered us an enjoyable challenge of combining a company website with a lead generation landing page and a real estate listing site.  In the end we developed a clean, professional site highlighting the credibility of the investors and ability for homeowners to learn more about the opportunity to work with Good Properties.
